Service Description

A movement course that invites you to bring your focus inward. We will flow through balancing postures to ground into the body and stretching sequences to release stuck energy or physical tension before releasing into deeper stretches and restorative postures to recenter the mind. Balancing flows, stretching sequences, and restorative releases allow the mind and body to recenter in tandem as you unwind from whatever is currently binding you. 60 minutes
