Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
- Confirming registration for any service via payment (accepted through Zelle or Venmo) is effectively confirming the acceptance of this refund policy.
- Refunds may be provided in full notification of cancellation/absence is provided via email, text or call over 24 hours before the start of the offering.
- If cancellation or absence notice is provided under 24 hours before the start of the offering, the payment will be held and can be placed towards payment for another future offering (no refund).
- Direct communication between client and Saige will occur to decide which offering clients would like to put this payment towards.
- If no communication is reciprocated by the client in order to reserve a different course within one month (four weeks) of the originally reserved course, then no refund will be provided and the credit will expire.
